Bele Chere or Bust

Olá,

Everything we heard about Asheville is spot on: pretty mountains, nice days, and friendly people thrive here! The city cares about its environment, and the people care about each other.

It’s enough to make a furry creature want to stay.

I do miss my forest friends, but I’m happy to be exploring this unique city.

I’m about to experience the city’s largest three-day festival, Bele Chere. I hear there is a family health and science attraction in downtown that will be open this year, and I want to play at its exhibit, The Magic School Bus Kicks Up a Storm, so I can learn more about how weather impacts our lives. I hear it’s the coolest and driest place at Bele Chere, and that will be good for my fur.

One thing’s for sure: Asheville is a treasure trove of natural beauty, welcoming humans, and green living. It’s just GOT to be able to help us learn how to protect our forest!
